There is a constant need to find out the right information for everyone who needs a particular services offer. Some people might look for a guide while others will look for an information services. Although this may be true, how is finding the right information on service providers a problem? KISS is investigating and attempting to solve the problems emerging from information failure and obstacles to information access and use for service delivery in Yaoundé, Cameroon. KISS objective is to put in place a business throughout a web based application to resolve the problem stated.

They are five major distinct stages used to form part of K.I.S.S development which are: 1) designing both business and data management plans methodologically; 2) identifying the stakeholders and the resources required; 3) defining logical data model or entity relationship management; 4) setting the process model and timeline, and 5) testing. Of course each stage has different outputs which are above mentioned, they all intend to produce the same deliverable which is K.I.S.S.

Like any other system, there will always be a need for KISS update's on its functionality, usability and navigability. Mark Knight states that“It is hoped that at least some of the enhancements discussed can find their way to fruition and enhance not only the users experience of the system, but also improve the companies relationship with the numerous clients that interact indirectly with the system on a daily basis by ensuring a better level of service is achieved”

As we are saying, looking for relevant information for different purposes is no longer a problem because of the fact that KISS intentionally resolves information failure and obstacles to information access and use. Nevertheless, the personal informations are private and can only be disclosed with owners authorisation.

To summarise, KISS is a web based application or a tool that has been put in place to create a business logic just like business intelligence is a technique used to drive profitable business action throughout strategic knowledge organisation.
